Waiting: A Photo Essay

photography-blog-header

We had the front door open so Rider could watch the cars and people going by as he waited for my mom to come home. His impatience and weariness (and love of posing for the camera) made him an excellent subject for some photos.

Rider has white fur so converting the images to black and white in Photoshop was a perfect fit, helping to keep the focus on his emotions rather than the background.

Disclaimer: All images are mine. Please don’t use or share them without my permission. Shot with my Canon 70D with a 50mm 1.8 lens.
